I’m Dyan Malkiya, a creator, strategist, and unapologetic disruptor with a heart for legacy and a vision for building something bigger than myself.

From Atlanta to Los Angeles, I’ve spent my life helping people and brands find their voice, tell their story, and unlock their wildest ambitions. I’m not here to fit in—I’m here to move the culture forward.

I’m Dyan Malkiya. I’m a builder—of brands, businesses, communities, and a beautiful, sometimes messy life.
I’m a mama of four, a lover of powerful stories, and someone who refuses to shrink herself just to make other people comfortable.

I’ve worn a lot of hats: entrepreneur, creative strategist, real estate broker, advocate, mentor, and proud disruptor. But at the core, I’m a woman on a mission—to help people like us find our voices, own our gifts, and create something that lasts.

I believe in legacy, in living out loud, in showing up as your whole self. And I’m obsessed with making sure other ambitious, heart-centered folks have the tools, inspiration, and support to do the same.

My Work

Here’s what I actually do:

I help founders, artists, and dreamers stand out in a noisy world, get clear on their story, and build brands that feel true—not just trendy.

I build and nurture communities—on and offline—where Black women, creators, and change-makers can feel seen and celebrated.

I produce, host, and curate: podcasts, events, panels, and digital experiences that spark real talk, deep healing, and action.

And yeah, I sell real estate too. Not just to close deals, but to open doors—helping families, especially in our community, build generational wealth and security.
